Basic Package:

  • CNPJs: up to 1 (root) up to 10 branches.
  • Adjustment entries: up to 20 entries.
  • From/To with a referential chart of accounts ready and performed by the Company.
  • Closing of the accounting accounts in the ECD ready and performed by the Company.
  • ECD validated with the BP (Balance Sheet) and DRE (Fiscal Year Income Statement)

Working Methodology

Phase 1 – Integration

The Company will provide the ECD (Digital Bookkeeping) file, to be imported into the Compliance system, which will entail adjustments for conformity in the structure of the information, in order to meet the specifics of the system and to be considered valid and sufficient to generate the ECF – fiscal year 2014.

Phase 2 – Consistency of Files/Adjustments and Generation

Phase 3 – ECF File generated in fiscal year 2015

The Compliance as above will provide the file to be delivered in the governmental manner ending the process of generating the ECF.
