Compliance Solutions is a Brazilian company specialized in tax compliance, messaging, human capital management, and credit card reconciliation.

It was founded in 2008 by technologists, experts in accounting and tax law from USP (São Paulo’s University) who saw in the SPED project (Public System of Digital Bookkeeping) an opportunity to offer the market an innovative solution in technology that would support the fulfillment of tax obligations and ensure compliance to its clients.

The Tax Solution Compliance, supports all obligations (calculation, assessment, bookkeeping, declaration, compensation and collection), messaging (capture, receipt and order matching) with validation intelligence. It was built in a single product, 100% web-based, with a single work area, which ensures innovation, usability, compliance and cost reduction to all its customers.

The Human Capital Solution Compliance is integrated with any source system, and its modules for Payroll, Electronic Point (App), SEMST (SST), Benefits Management, Recruitment and Selection, Development Training, PPR, and Report Manager are all oriented to the e-Social project and can be worked on completely or modularly.

The Credit Card Reconciliation Solution Compliance, performs card reconciliation directly with the operators and acquirers, in addition to checking payments, fees, and values, among others. Integrated with the main ERP systems, banks, and EFTs, it clearly and simply presents errors and non-conformities between transactions, generating savings and ease of management.

 

In 2016 it was one of 35 technology companies chosen among more than 1,200 companies to participate in the Endeavor Scale Up mentoring and acceleration program.

Compliance Solutions has a network of sales channels and implementation of its products and services to serve its clients throughout Brazil.

In general, the solutions are available in SaaS or On Premises, integrated and approved to the main management systems in the market such as ERP Oracle Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle NetSuite, INFOR, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Legacy Systems and other source systems.
The company is in compliance with international information security and data protection policies. The Compliance Brazil Solutions is certified by QMS Brasil (Quality Management System) for ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security) and ISO 27701:2019 GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
