“Flex-N-Gate is a global company with 64 integrated production facilities in the United States, Brazil, China, Argentina, Spain, France, Germany, Mexico and Canada, and has been producing since 1956, products and systems of the highest quality for the automotive industry. In 2012 it started its operation in Brazil from its plastics unit located within the Ford Northeast Complex, Camaçari-Bahia. 

It started a project to migrate from Oracle JD Edwards ERP version 9.0 to 9.2, and at the time the need for a tax solution arose from the demand of meeting the Bloco K. At that time there was a high manual effort to send and consolidate the tax obligations, due to the customizations in JD Edwards and external tax consulting services. 

We began the search for a cloud tax solution that would be integrated to the Oracle JD Edwards ERP, where the main market players participated in the quotation process, according to the selection criteria established for this project.

During the proposal analysis phase, we visited clients from all the players to make a technical evaluation and we chose Tax Solution Compliance as our tax solution, due to the fact that it is the only true 100% cloud solution!

The solution’s native tax intelligence module was also a great differential. It performs a thorough analysis, validates the rules, and critiques the tax documents that will be sent to the Tax Authorities. This resource helped us in a positive way in the data sanitation phase of the migration project to JD Edwards 9.2, providing a significant reduction of rework in receiving and dispatching.

All the deliveries of obligations are done by our internal team and our payback for the solution was 8 (eight) months.

Klöckner Pentaplast is a world leader in rigid and flexible packaging, printing and special solutions for the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, beverage and cardboard segments, among others.

Recently, Brazil’s Klöckner Pentaplast went through a SAP rollout process, with the support of Techmahindra, responsible for the localization part.

At the time, we decided to have Compliance as our partner in tax management, that is, for all our accessory obligations required by law, after conducting a survey with Compliance Solutions clients and also after evaluating the services offered aligned to the cost-benefit of the solution.

The growth of the branch in Brazil created the need to modernize the company’s information system. With this in mind, Mane adopted the Oracle JD Edwards solution for all the branches in Latin America.

The go live of JDE occurred in January 2016. At this time we identified the need for a tax solution for issuing invoices as well as sending tax obligations.

Tax Solution Compliance appeared as a solution with a simple language and competitive price. The demands we have with Compliance are usually well attended by the Compliance team and by the TIQS consultancy.

Tupperware is a global company with more than half a century of success, 2 (two) million resellers and products sold in more than 100 (one hundred) countries.

Tupperware Brazil is passionate about changing lives. And its story is just beginning.

The company started an operation to improve the tax and accounting management of its distributors. We worked with an external accounting model and needed to migrate to an internal process to improve our control.

With this, the need arose for a solution that could support this entire operation. One of the biggest challenges of this new operation was to find a system that could encompass the distributors located in different cities. A second major challenge was that these distributors do not have an integrated “ERP” system.

At the time, we analyzed the main solutions in the market. We opted for Tax Solution Compliance mainly because it is a cloud solution, and with this the system absorbed some functionalities that were essential for the implementation of this fiscal and accounting control.

As a result of the project, we had cost reduction and data accuracy. Thinking about the benefits of adopting a 100% cloud solution, everything that an offer could promise happened.

Thinking about the business benefits, we reduced the number of outsourced accounting offices.

We have not yet used the native tax intelligence part of the solution. But the accuracy was noticed through the validation of the calculations made by the system against the information previously sent by the accounting offices, which allowed strategic decision making for the company in relation to taxation between states.”

“Yakult is a Japanese multinational company, present in 38 countries and in Brazil since 1968 (50 years). There are approximately 80 thousand autonomous traders (known as Yakult Ladies) – 35 thousand in Japan and 45 thousand in 12 other countries, including Brazil – that take the products from door to door to millions of consumers, even in the most distant places.

With the arrival of e-Social, the challenge of changing the company’s internal processes arose. We needed to extract the data from our ERP, generate the XMLs, and create a system to control the sending of these XMLs. All this in a short period of time, with little manpower and as little investment as possible.

We considered some companies in the market to help us with the delivery of this obligation such as TOTVS, MASTERSAF, among others, but none met our needs completely.

We opted for e-Social Solution Compliance due to the ease of integration with our ERP, for having a control of sending XMLs, and also for the cost compatible with our reality. The project was a success! All the requests made to Compliance were answered in a timely manner. The support staff is always solicitous and engaged in customer service.

We were able to implement the project on time and follow the schedule for sending the events.

e-Social Compliance is a simple system to integrate, which makes the I.T.’s life easier, and with a control system, likewise simple and with tools that make the user’s life easier.

We have more steps to be completed regarding E-Social for the year 2019. These stages are already being worked on by Yakult and Compliance, and will be a success as were the previous stages.”
